Your Role as a Tutor:

  • Lead sessions independently, using engaging materials designed to support student growth
  • Prepare your tutoring area and organize lessons through our HeyTutor Dashboard
  • Track student progress and ensure each student feels valued and encouraged
  • Promote positive behavior and foster an inclusive, welcoming environment
  • Help students complete assessments to measure growth and celebrate wins
  • Interact directly with students, creating a dynamic learning experience

Requirements to Succeed:

  • You have completed college or are currently enrolled in a secondary education program
  • Tutoring experience or strong rapport with kids
  • Comfortable in a classroom setting and with K-8 Math and ELA
  • Clear FBI-DOJ background check (we handle this for you!)
  • Spanish bilingual skills are a plus!

Pay: Competitive rates of $22-$26 per hour, based on your education and experience.
